Kids who placed online magazine orders last year were VERY successful!  It's as easy as PI! Just click on the picture below and start ordering!

 
Other tips: Tell your friends and family and have them go shop for magazines on www.qsp.com under Supporters, or just direct them to the above link. They will need to know our School name (Discovery Canyon Campus, ID# 425028067). Your student will receive credit for all these sales too!  Some kids have been extremely successful asking their doctor/dentist office and local businesses for magazine renewals.  

Order or Renew Anytime

Although our Magazine Drive kicks off over a two-week timeframe at the beginning of each school year, you can purchase magazines online all year to help the school. Magazines are perfect for holiday gifts and birthday gifts, so we encourage you to order online anytime! The most important strategy is to start right away, so customers have time to buy! (Please note: We’re only asking people to renew their current subscriptions to support our school and not to “buy” anything they don’t already have.  No pressure!)

Profits Used for Teacher Grants

Of all our fundraisers, the Magazine Drive generates the most profit. The school receives 40% of each sale!  Because this fundraiser is year-round, DCC receives money from the company throughout the school year instead of in one lump sum. Last year we raised just over $17,000, and this year we netted almost $18,000!  While most school sales were down due to the economy, we led Southern Colorado schools in generating the most online sales ever! Last year 9% of our total sales were online and this year 46% of our sales were made online. This money goes directly to DCC teachers as they submit requests through Teacher Grants.

2010 Kick-Off Incentive 

We are going ducky this year! Look for the rubber ducks all around the school. And, even if your child doesn't sell any magazines, we invite you to make a Direct Donation of just $20 (or more) per child to DCC PTO.
